At Evolution Indoor Climbing centre we start all our children's birthday parties with a warm up, using the climbing wall and our traversing wall to build up confidence and climbing technique. When the party has progressed we move on to roped climbing, teaching the group all the necessary safety precautions, how to tie on to the harness and how to belay. We tailor each challenge to the individual ability of the group members. Our parties are an exciting, and challenging introduction to climbing.

2.5 Hour Parties Includes Refreshments From as little as £200

Recommended for ages 10+, a return visit or the more adventurous.

These parties start with the same warm up and low level, confidence building climbs as a 2 hour party, giving the instructor the chance to assess the individual abilities within the group. We then introduce rope work and teach the basic techniques needed to climb in complete safety in our unique climbing wall. Climbs are chosen to match the ability of individuals, as well as the group as a whole. Every child will also get the opportunity to attempt a full height abseil, which will hopefully conquer students fear of heights.

Full Day Parties - The Ultimate! £450 - Includes packed Lunch

We also provide a more leisurely full day session combining both of the above sessions, with outdoor bouldering at Harrison's Rocks, and roped climbing and an abseil at Evolution Climbing Wall, a five minute drive from Harrison's Rocks. Start your days activities at Evolution Indoor Climbing, learn how to move on rock and some basic ropework and safety skills. Build your skills and confidence slowly and give abseiling a try. Then after lunch These parties run from 10am to 4pm, but can be arranged at times to suit you.
